today was a dress-up day at work (that building behind me is where we work…pretty cool, huh?). i just love wearing this dress! it’s basically fool-proof. it looks like a brilliantly paired skirt and top, and it feels like parachute material (that is, it doesn’t wrinkle). my friend found it for me on the target sale rack, and i instantly fell in love.

i usually wear it with a black cardigan, but (i don’t have one in my 30 items and) i love the mustard cardigan with it instead. and the blue scarf adds an unexpected a pop of color. i am ready for spring!
