Fashion Friends: Rooney + Fern
Back story: I started reading Lauren Hartmann's blog after finding her on Babble. I really liked the topics she wrote about and could easily relate to her motherhood posts. She's also got great taste in names (Fern Winter!) and I was shocked at how similar our girls looked AND how similar we dressed them.
So I kept following her. And finally I got a little too freaked out with all our similarities that I had to reach out and tell her that we were basically the same person. I mean, we were buying a lot of the same clothes for our girls without knowing it, and Roo + Fern even look a lot alike! Luckily she wasn't too freaked out by this Internet stranger, and we became friends.
Today we're starting a little feature called Fashion Friends for Rooney and Fern. We chose three items and will show you how we styled them for our child (keep in mind we bought these things without knowing the other had them...it's fate). Roo and Fern are only 6 weeks apart (Fern is older, and I love hearing/seeing what is to come for us) --- can you believe how much they look alike?
