If you've been following along, it's no surprise to you that I love to put headbands on Rooney. She wears one almost every day. She doesn't always dress very feminine, so headbands help strangers to know that she's a girl (which was much needed when her hair was so short!). I lost count how many times she was called a boy, so I decided to invest in some headbands. I think they're so cute, and she has the perfect hair for it.
I get a lot of questions about whether or not she keeps them on her head. For whatever reason (maybe because she's been wearing them for MONTHS), she doesn't usually pull them off, and I would even say she likes to wear them. She likes to go through her headband basket and practice putting them on herself. I think the key is to getting ones that aren't too tight. Nobody wants that!
