Here is my trick for toddler headbands like the one Rooney is wearing:

1. Find an old T-shirt you (or your husband) don't want anymore.
2. Use a fabric scissors to cut off a circle from the sleeve.
3. Give it a little stretch and place it on baby's head!

Voila! So easy and no sewing needed. Also, free! :D
