fall 2014 family photos
A few weeks ago we spent an evening taking photos with Justin Salem Meyer. I have been admiring his work via Instagram for quite some time and officially met him this past spring when we bumped into each other at the farmers' market. Eric and I both love his moody style and knew we wanted him to take our Christmas card photos this year. I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a photographer who knows of lots of amazing locations, is willing to try new things and is very efficient!
We shot for nearly three hours (!) and were exhausted by the end. Rooney was such a trooper. She snacked on a honey crisp apple and beef sticks between shots. :-) I love all of these, but my favorites are the ones of us in our house, especially Rooney in her messy room.
