this is one of my favorite dresses.

i got it for my cousin’s wedding rehearsal a few years ago,
and have gotten a lot of wear out of it since.

i was so happy that the weather warmed up around here
so i could put it on for the first time this spring.

i took a look back at my most recent posts,
and five of my past six outfits included skirts.

in the winter, i’m a pants-wearer,
but come summer, i’m all about ease and staying cool.
