i love dating my husband. we had a great day just the two of us (we always do). we ate lunch at a yummy chinese restaurant and then did a little shopping. actually, we didn’t have too much luck but we returned some things and then went on our merry way to my grandparents’ lake house, where we will spend the next four days. and my immediate family will join us in the next couple days. we haven’t spent much time here in the winter, but i am excited to just be cozy inside doing puzzles and watching movies. and one day we’re going to an indoor water park!

also, one of my best friends lives a few blocks from the lake house. it is a pretty awesome deal since normally we live three hours apart. we brought pizza over to their place and had a great time just catching up with them and their 10-week old son. :)
